June ’24 Webinar: Downgrades, passwords and more

Here’s a quick recap of what you might have missed: You can now create multiple user accounts with different access levels (admin, billing, support) and it’s important to use individual email addresses for tracking activity and resetting passwords. Users will need to reset their own passwords, so ensure each has a unique email address. Billing dates, which can be changed from the default 1st of the month, should be set at least 48 hours in advance, and email addresses for billing statements must be correctly configured. For Cloud PBX downgrades, email support@wanatel.net with your request, and after confirmation, manually delete the specified extensions before the next billing cycle to avoid extra charges.
